Waste Expo Competition Terms and Conditions
1 – STG GLOBAL
The promoter is: STG GLOBAL PTY LTD (herein, unless specified otherwise, known as ‘The Promoter’ or ‘STG GLOBAL’) (ABN no. 77 615 486 792) whose registered office is at 29-31 Evolution Drive, Dandenong South, Victoria 3172, Australia
2 – ELIGIBILITY
This competition is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over.
3 – AGREEMENT
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5 – HOW TO ENTER
Entry is submitted by completing an online form by visiting STG Global’s Booth at the Waste Expo Melbourne on the 26th and 27th of October, 2022.
6 – ENTRY
Only one entry will be accepted per person, per post.
7 – CLOSING DATES
Closing dates for entry is 30 days after the completion of the expo.
8 – RESPONSIBILITY
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
9 – AMENDING & CANCELLING
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
10 – PRIZE CONDITIONS
The prize is as listed at the Waste Expo and include the following terms:
The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and STG reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
11 – WINNER AND NOTIFICATION
The winner will be contacted directly via email, and selected Friday the 25th of November, 2022 and are chosen at random by utilising this randomised name selector: https://commentpicker.com/random-name-picker.php
12 – PRIZE COLLECTION DETAILS
The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered.
14 – PROMOTERS DECISION
The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15 – AGREEMENT TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
16 – GOVERNED BY AUSTRALIAN LAW
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
17 – NAME AND LIKENESS
The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian safety and data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
18 – WINNING NAME
The winner’s name will be available 30 days after the closing date by emailing the following address: info@stgglobal.net
19 – ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
20 – MODIFICATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
STG GLOBAL PTY LTD shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
21 – RIGHT TO CANCEL
STG GLOBAL PTY LTD also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
